Emergency Maintenance calls include, but are not limited to, the following:
  1. Power Failure
  2. Flood
  3. Water Leaks (any un-contained water leak)
  4. A broken window
  5. No Heat
  6. No Water
  7. Backed up commode, if you only have 1 bathroom.
  8. Clogged kitchen sink, if water is prevented from draining.
  9. Refrigerator not working.
  10. Anything that may cause damage to you or the property.
